To enrich employees' leisure life and enhance team cohesion, Jiangyin Liaoyuan Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully organized a wonderful two-day team building event for all employees in two batches: the first from August 7th to 8th, and the second from August 14th to 15th, 2025, at the picturesque Qiandao Lake in Zhejiang. This arrangement ensured every colleague could participate fully and enjoy the trip.
Both batches enjoyed itineraries filled with joy and laughter. On the first day, everyone experienced the thrilling Jiulongxi (Nine Dragons Stream) Drifting. Teaming up in rafts, we navigated the clear and rushing streams together. With splashing water and echoes of cheering and laughter filling the valley, the drifting adventure was not only a cool escape from the summer heat but also a great test and boost for teamwork and mutual support among colleagues.
The next day, we delved into the beautiful mountains and lakes of Qiandao Lake. A boat ride amongst the numerous scattered islands and an ascent to the Meifeng Observatory offered breathtaking panoramic views of the "World's Premier Beautiful Water." The stunning landscape was refreshing and provided perfect relaxation away from busy work schedules, further strengthening the emotional bonds between colleagues.
Of course, the trip wouldn't have been complete without tasting the authentic Qiandao Lake fish head soup. The delicious broth and tender fish meat not only satisfied our taste buds but also allowed everyone to feel a strong sense of team warmth and camaraderie while dining together around the table.
This batch-organized team building activity was a complete success. It was not just a relaxation for the body and mind but also a forging of team spirit.
